Clear & Brilliant® Touch is a next-generation fractional laser that uses 2 wavelengths to achieve remarkable results for our Delray Beach clients, leaving skin softer and smoother while tightening the skin to reduce fine-lines, wrinkles, and pore size. Each 30-minute treatment reduces the appearance of various forms of pigmentation and delivers a surge of collagen production for an immediate afterglow, with full results that appear 1-2 weeks thereafter.
Basis Medical & Aesthetics is thrilled to offer the latest technology from Clear & Brilliant®: Clear & Brilliant® Touch. This fractional laser technology is enhanced with a 2nd laser wavelength that increases treatment efficacy versus their legacy model.
Our Clear & Brilliant® Touch laser treatment switches between its original 1440nm and the new Perméa 1927nm handpieces in a single appointment. During the treatment, the headpiece creates hundreds of thousands of microscopic treatment zones in the upper layers of the skin, replacing damaged skin with new, healthy-looking tissue during the brief regeneration period.
Using patented Intelligent Optical Tracking® technology, every practitioner can ensure proper contact with your skin to deliver a uniform application to all treated areas. The original 1440nm laser addresses fine lines and dull skin tone, while the Perméa 1927nm laser is utilized to target pigmentation. Together, the combination of these two laser wavelengths delivers remarkable results that makes skin more rejuvenated in both tone and texture.
While just a single treatment will produce great results, we recommend a series of 4-6 treatments to achieve optimal results. Results are based on a myriad of factors, including age, skin type, genetics, sun exposure, lifestyle, and previous treatments. Both immediate and progressive results will appear after your Clear & Brilliant® Touch session, and last anywhere from 4-6 months depending on your skin type, age, and lifestyle.
However, as a preventative aging treatment, we recommend regular sessions to maintain healthy, glowing, youthful skin. The number of sessions will be recommended by your treatment provider following a custom consultation.
Basis Aesthetics is open 5 days a week, from 9am – 5pm, with extended hours until 7pm on Mondays & Tuesdays. Services are also available “by appointment” on Saturdays.
