We’re delighted to share that Basis Aesthetics has resumed in-office appointments to meet your aesthetic and wellness needs. While we have thoughtfully decided to begin servicing our clientele again from our Aesthetics wing, we will be doing so in a manner that enables our staff and practitioners to maintain the highest level of patient care while maintaining optimal disease prevention techniques.
We have employed the following in-office protocols.
Every client will be required to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to their appointment.
We will be taking the temperature of each employee and each client when they arrive to ensure no one is exhibiting fever or potential symptoms.
All clients (and employees) will be required to wear a mask for the full duration of their appointment.
Our practitioners will be administering treatments while wearing protective masks and gloves to decrease skin-to-skin interaction.
We have limited the number of daily in-office appointments to adhere to social distancing recommendations.
As per the recommendation of the CDC, we have instituted a facility-wide provision to limit peer-to-peer interaction to 6 feet or more when at all possible.
We have asked non-essential employees to work remotely so that we are able to reduce our overall in-office population.
We will be sanitizing all stations, rooms and props following each appointment so that every client is protected, as well as performing a deep-lean every evening.
We will be offering touch-free checkout options.
With these measures in place, our staff and practitioners are maintaining the highest levels of patient care while offering a limited number of daily appointments and adhering to appropriate distancing guidelines. We intend to keep these provisions in place until it is safe to adjust them, and will keep you updated as changes occur.
Basis Aesthetics is open 5 days a week, from 9am – 5pm, with extended hours until 7pm on Mondays & Tuesdays. Services are also available “by appointment” on Saturdays.
